When you start up the game, this will appear on the top screen, 
and this will appear on the bottom screen. Notice the version number on the top right corner. That tells you what version you have of the game.(This only appears when you download the update for Tomodachi Life via Nintendo Eshop.) 
After you touch the bottom screen, this will appear on the top screen,
with this appearing on the bottom screen. Check back in a few minutes with me for information about Mii Apartments! 
Sorry, but I forgot one thing. If you have a baby, this will appear with a married Mii (from a couple who currently has a baby) on the phone saying the words: "Excuse me...". Then.....
this will appear, for the married Mii will need some help calming the baby down. When you're all done,
this will appear. After this appears, you will get an item as a prize, then you will be kicked back to the main menu.(island screen.) Moving on to Mii Apartments!
Mii Apartments:
Along with the Campground, Mii News, Photo Studio, Nintendo 3DS Photo Share, Concert Hall, Town Hall, Mii Homes, Rankings Board, Compatibility Tester, and the shops, no events can happen in Mii Apartments. 
When you go inside Mii Apartments, it will go to a random Mii's apartment. 
There is an office in Mii Apartments.
